Shipping policy

We will ship using the method requested unless directed otherwise in writing. It is up to the buyer to make sure the shipment information and address is correct. Once shipped we will be able to provide tracking, shipments with authority to leave are not insured or covered by AKTT PTY LTD or shipping providers. Please get in touch within 7 days if there appears to be damage from shipping so we can follow it up with the service provider.
